At Pyzetee, shipping is straightforward and reliable. Because most items are handcrafted from solid wood, every parcel gets extra protection and is handed to carriers with experience moving bulky home goods. From checkout to delivery, you’ll see a clear price, a realistic timeline, and careful handling.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and select outlying island regions in Europe and Australia). A street address (home or business) is required to ensure correct handling of solid-wood pieces.
If your address is outside these areas or difficult to access, contact us before ordering so we can confirm available options.
Carriers We Use
We select the carrier based on destination, package size/weight, and capacity at the time of dispatch. Typical options include UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select, Worldwide), FedEx (Ground, Home Delivery, International), USPS for select small U.S. parcels, and DHL Express for international shipments.
For large or heavy tables, Pyzetee may book freight service (truck shipping for oversized items) with liftgate service (a powered platform that lowers your carton safely to the ground) and curbside delivery (driver leaves the shipment at the curb/driveway—no inside carry-in). If a signature is required for high-value orders, we’ll state this in your tracking email.
Shipping Costs (USD)
We use simple regional flat rates with free shipping once you pass a posted threshold. The exact amount is shown at checkout before payment—there are no surprise delivery fees later.
United States: $20 flat rate, free from $599
Europe & United Kingdom: $25 flat rate, free from $699
Canada & Australia: $30 flat rate, free from $799
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in more than one box at no extra cost to you.
Taxes and Duties
The figure shown at checkout—your product price plus any flat shipping fee—is all you pay to Pyzetee. For international orders, Pyzetee covers import duties, VAT (value-added tax), and customs processing, so carriers should not ask for extra payment on delivery. If a carrier requests payment at the door, do not pay—contact us and we’ll resolve it.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders typically move to final inspection and packing within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST usually begin processing the same business day; later orders begin the next business day. Pre-order or made-to-order items ship once complete; your confirmation email will show the estimated ship-by date.
Estimated transit times after dispatch (when the carrier picks up your parcel):
United States: 5–6 business days
Europe & United Kingdom (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): 6–8 business days
Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days
International shipments may need extra time for customs. Weather or carrier backlogs can add 1–3 business days.
Furniture Shipping and Assembly
Solid-wood furniture is substantial. To protect each piece and make it easier to move, many items ship partially disassembled. Every order includes a clear, illustrated guide, and most include basic tools (e.g., an Allen key/hex wrench). Most customers complete setup in 20–30 minutes. Prefer help? Pyzetee can recommend third-party assembly services in major cities across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia (their fees are separate from standard shipping). If you need room-of-choice delivery or stair carries, tell us before we ship so we can advise suitable options.
Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our workshop and showroom at 5442 Questa Dr, Abilene, TX 79605, Pyzetee sends a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to appear, especially on international routes while customs scans are pending. If you don’t see updates after 72 hours, contact us and we’ll check directly with the carrier.
If Something Goes Wrong
Damage on arrival: Contact Pyzetee within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video of both the packaging and the affected areas. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Please keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
Suspected loss in transit: If the parcel has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, reach out. If the package is confirmed lost, Pyzetee will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel any order that has not yet entered processing or shipped—please notify Pyzetee as early as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation isn’t available. After delivery, you can use our Return & Refund Policy. For international shipments, cancellation isn’t available once the order has cleared customs (when the shipment is officially approved to enter the destination country).
Address changes: If you need to update your address, contact us before dispatch; after dispatch, carriers may charge re-route fees.
