Refund and Returns Policy

At Pyzetee, we handcraft solid-wood furniture and stand behind every piece. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how we’ll make it right. These terms apply to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

Policy Overview

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your furniture is delivered.
If the issue is on Pyzetee—for example carrier damage, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item—Pyzetee pays for return shipping and provides a prepaid label (we email you a label to print and attach to the box).
If you’re returning for personal reasons (change of mind, size, color/finish, or style), you pay the return freight.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after the item arrives back and passes inspection (we check condition and completeness). For international returns within the covered regions, no re-import fees apply.

General Conditions for Returns

Product condition: The item must be new, unused, unassembled, and unaltered. Signs of use—scratches, dents, stains, odors, pet hair, added or drilled hardware, touch-ups, or any modifications—make the item ineligible.
Original packaging: Keep all factory packing: foam inserts, corner protectors, hardware packs, tools, manuals, and accessories. If packaging is missing, you’re responsible for equivalent protective repacking so the piece isn’t damaged in transit.
Proof of purchase: A valid order number or invoice is required.
Assembly status: Items that have been fully assembled, installed, glued, or had bases attached/leveled are not eligible unless Pyzetee confirms a defect or transit damage.
Materials & use: Our pieces are made from kiln-dried hardwoods (wood dried in a temperature-controlled kiln to stabilize moisture) and are intended for indoor residential/studio environments.
Applicability: These conditions apply across the ten countries listed above.

Returns We Cover (Our Fault)

Pyzetee will set things right if your piece arrives damaged, shows a genuine defect, or isn’t the model/size/finish ordered.
Transit examples include crushed corners, cracked tops, chipped finish. Manufacturing examples include misaligned parts, tops that won’t sit flat, unstable bases, hardware that won’t seat correctly.
When Pyzetee is responsible, return shipping is free (pickup arranged where available). You may choose a replacement (subject to stock and lead times) or a full refund. If you paid shipping at checkout, that fee is also refunded. Remedy terms are the same in all covered destinations.

Returns at Your Request (Change of Mind)

If a piece doesn’t suit your space or finish, you may return it within 30 days provided it remains unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Return freight is your responsibility and is nonrefundable. After inspection confirms condition and completeness, we refund the product price. Any original outbound shipping (if charged) is not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Gift cards (digital or physical); final-sale/clearance items; any item that has been used, assembled, installed, modified, or refinished; custom or made-to-order furniture—non-standard dimensions, special edge profiles, custom stains/finishes, inlays/carvings, or non-standard base specs—unless it arrives damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Contact Pyzetee within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] or use the Contact Us form with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return.
For damage/defect claims, include clear photos or a short video of the affected area and the packaging (inside and outside).
Pyzetee will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and will include a prepaid label when the issue is ours.

Please repack all components so tops and bases cannot shift. Use the original foam and corner guards. If the original carton is unavailable, use a heavy-duty box with enough padding to prevent impact or abrasion.

Refund Timing and Method

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, Pyzetee processes the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method (USD; major cards and PayPal). Prefer store credit? Tell us when you start the return. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 7 additional business days to post funds.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees. If your return meets eligibility and passes inspection, you receive the full refundable amount.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are typically prepared for shipment in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). Estimated transit after dispatch: United States 5–6 business days; Europe & United Kingdom (FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, PT) 6–8 business days; Canada & Australia 7–10 business days.
Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. CST usually begin processing the same business day; later orders start the next business day. For carriers, tracking, and delivery options, please see our Shipping Policy.
